Flake Flooring

Durable, slip-resistant, and endlessly customizable.

Overview

What is flake flooring?

Our most popular system. Decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast into a pigmented epoxy base and locked in under a high-build polyaspartic topcoat — creating a seamless floor that shrugs off hot tires, dropped tools, and daily abuse.

Flake flooring (sometimes called chip or fleck flooring) combines beauty and brawn. The textured surface hides dust and imperfections, adds natural slip resistance, and comes in dozens of blends to match any space.

Because we finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat instead of a basic epoxy, your floor cures fast, resists yellowing, and stands up to chemicals, road salt, and abrasion for years.

The process

How we install flake flooring

01

Diamond grinding

We mechanically profile the concrete for a permanent mechanical bond.

02

Crack & joint repair

Cracks, pits, and spalls are filled with structural polymer.

03

Base coat + flake broadcast

Pigmented base is rolled and flakes are hand-broadcast to refusal.

04

Scrape & topcoat

Excess flake is scraped, then sealed under two polyaspartic top coats.
