Coatings fail when they're applied over unprepared concrete. We diamond-grind every floor to create a mechanical bond and repair cracks and pits first. It's the single biggest reason a floor lasts versus peels.
Often yes. We'll evaluate the existing coating during your estimate — if it's sound we can prep and re-coat; if it's failing we'll grind it off and start fresh.
Most polyaspartic floors handle foot traffic the next day and vehicle traffic within 24–48 hours. Epoxy and stain systems may need a little longer to fully cure.
